The Billabong Breakfast bowl is packed full of goodness. A healthy breakfast fuels the mind and body with energy needed for a busy day. Our bowl is filled with healthy fats, fresh fruit and is naturally sweet. We like to enjoy this recipe year round. Serve the Berry Compote cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Granola

Ingredients:
2 cups Whole Almonds
3 cups Sunflower Seeds
2 cups Pumpkins Seeds
4 tbs Chia Seeds
4 tbs Flaxseeds
2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
6 tbs Maple Syrup
3 tbs Brown Rice Syrup

Method:
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix to coat nuts and seeds in Syrup.
Bake at 210 for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve

Berry Compote

4 cups Mixed frozen berries
1 cup Water
1 ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
½ tsp Nutmeg
2 tbs Lemon Juice

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Cook for 40 minutes on medium heat until the berries are cooked very well.
Mix thoroughly and turn off the heat.
Serve warm

Chia Pudding

2 cups Black chia seeds
10 cups milk, Coconut or oak milk
3 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Drizzle Maple syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let is set in the fridge overnight.
