This technique is a method of developing compassion – essentially about cultivating love. A love that is unconditional, inclusive, and with no expectations of anything in return. It can be helpful when there is a concern about someone and the continuous worrying is filling your headspace. Also helpful in cultivating self love and lastly it’s also a practice to help in the process of letting go of grudges and resentments and practice forgiveness, which in turn gives us peace.
