• ½ cups sesame seeds  ground
  • ½ cups linseeds ground
  • 1/2cups sunflower seeds not ground
  • ½ cups almonds, raw or baked
  • ½ cups of coconut flakes or shredded.  (optional)
  • ½ cups pepitas
  • ½ bag brown rice puffs
  • 2-3 tblsp  cinnamon

Combine all ingredients well, after grinding sesame and linseeds. Store in an airtight container in the fridge as the ground seeds will last longer.

Serve on top of warm buckwheat porridge with yogurt and honey or simply with fruit and yogurt.
