Yoga is an ancient discipline that connects mind, body and spirit through postures (asana), breath (pranayama, sensory awareness (pratyahara) and meditation (dharana and dhyanam).

It is an ancient discipline that encompasses so much more than simply the physical practice and it helps us to find freedom not only in our body, but in our life.  

In this retreat you will explore yoga beyond the physical and learn practices to develop a relationship to your mind, body and breath.  The yoga essentials program is suitable for those with no experience, those who want a refresher as well as those who want to deepen their knowledge.

The retreat includes daily yoga classes plus special yoga workshops each day and evening meditation every other day.

For a longer stay at Billabong Retreat you can combine a Living With Ease program with another retreat program.

“Great retreat for anyone ”

This is my first visit to a retreat and I enjoyed the week of yoga meditation and healthy organic vegetarian food , the yoga catered for all levels from beginner upwards

The yoga was great! I am uncoordinated and not as flexible as I once was but just managed it… No one cared though or looked down at you.

Our programs include daily yoga classes, alternate evening meditation and daily workshops exploring yoga philosophy, meditation techniques, mindfulness, stress relief or self care. They are optional to attend. Combine two programs for a longer stay.
