Standard Terms

General Terms

• 50% deposit on booking
• 50% auto-deducted 2 days before arrival
• All payments are non-refundable (overnight bookings, spa treatments, day retreats and gift vouchers)
• Reschedule requests must be made by email
• Rescheduled bookings will be charged at the latest price

Non Flexible Bookings

• $50 charge for changes more than 14 days ahead.
• 50% booking cost for changes less than 14 days ahead
• 100% of booking cost for changes less than 2 days ahead

Flexible Booking Option

• Must be selected at time of booking for $100 per room
• $50 charge for changes more than 14 days ahead
• Booking can be changed one time less than 14 days with no penalty

Spa Bookings & Day Retreats

• Treatments are charged to the master guest credit card on file two days before arrival unless pre-paid through alternative method.
• Day retreats cancelled/rescheduled with less than 7 days notice incur a $25 charge.
• Treatments or day retreats cancelled/rescheduled within a 72 hour before period incur a 50% charge.
• Treatments or day retreats cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours of arrival incur a 100% charge. 
• All payments are non-refundable
