Group Terms

Our terms and conditions are different for groups as follows:

Private Groups – Day Retreats & Overnight Guests

All payments are non-refundable. 50% deposit required. Full payment must be received no later than 14 days before arrival. Reschedule charges as follows:

more than 8 weeks – 25%
more than 4 weeks – 50% fee
less than 4 weeks – 100% fee

Exclusive Hire
All payments are non refundable.
Reschedules are not permitted.

General Terms
No loud noise or fire
Smoking in designated areas only
Alcohol is discouraged
Car share & public transport encouraged
