Group Booking Terms

Our terms and conditions are different for groups as follows:

For groups of 5+ guests

• 4 weeks required to reschedule booking
• 50% required on booking
• Remaining 50% due 4 weeks before arrival

Non Exclusive Overnight Groups

• 50% payment as deposit
• All payments non refundable
• 4 weeks required to reschedule booking
• 20% reschedule charge is required
• Remaining 50% due 4 weeks before arrival

Day Retreat Programs

• 100% payment on booking
• All payments non refundable
• 2 weeks required to reschedule booking
• 20% reschedule charge is required

For Exclusive Hire

• 50% deposit to make booking
• Final 50% due 16 weeks before arrival
• All payments non refundable
• Date changes more than 16 weeks ahead charged at 20% total booking cost
• No date changes permitted within 16 weeks
• $5,000 bond required

General Terms

• No loud noise or fire
• Smoking in designated areas only
• Alcohol is discouraged
• Car share & public transport encouraged
