Reconnecting to these elemental forces that are within us and all around us will help you gain insights for caring for your organs; physically, emotionally & energetically as well as how to rebalance life energies through these 5 Elements.

Kimberly is a Wellness coach & Energy healing practitioner with a focus on 5 Element nutrition & rebalancing life energies.
In 2020 she launched Qi Food Therapy, a platform offering modalities and coaching for how to “balance life energy” through food, movement & emotional metaphysical wellness. She also hosts online courses and workshops
Kimberly curated & organised two online Energetic Nutrition summits in 2022, an event connecting practitioners & experts and an international community in the fields of Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Herbal medicine, Naturopathic medicine, Western nutrition, and Quantum Biology & Nutrition. And she is launching the world’s first online 5 Element Nutrition training course in 2024.
