For four thousand years yoga and meditation was taught one on one. A teacher would sit down with a student and work out exactly what the students needs were and then design a practice that matched the needs of the individual.
During a private lesson our highly experienced teachers will find out what you want to work on, whether it be a particular problem area of the body, mind or breath and then teach you yoga or meditation designed for your needs.
We recommend a private yoga and meditation lessons for anyone new to yoga, who has not had a personal practice, who is pregnant, has any injuries or mobility challenges or who experiences stress, anxiety or depression – that’s most of us then!
