Community Outreach

This program is intended for those persons who have been diagnosed with a serious illness or who are caring for someone with a terminal or serious illness and have limited financial resources. A letter from a medical practitioner may sometimes be required.

We only have limited outreach places available and we cannot guarantee availability. We will contact you by email as soon as a place is available. These places are available only when we have last minute availability.
