2pm Wed to 1pm Fri – Every 4 weeks
Learn about the importance of cleansing and allowing the body to rest in order to heal and restore itself to a more balanced state of health and wellbeing including including cleansing of the breath, body, mind, emotions and home to create a more spacious and peaceful place with ourselves and environment.
The retreat includes daily yoga flow classes plus special workshops each day and evening meditation every other day.
I bathe myself in generosity, appreciation, praise and gratitude for my fellow beings, self-acceptance and enlightened understanding of my life experiences.
Our programs include daily yoga classes, alternate evening meditation and daily workshops exploring yoga philosophy, meditation techniques, mindfulness, stress relief or self care. They are optional to attend. Combine two programs for a longer stay.
