As the weather cools, winter invites us to slow down and enjoy foods that are warming, grounding and deeply nourishing. During this season, our bodies often crave heartier meals that provide sustained energy and support overall wellbeing.
Tempeh is a fermented wholefood made from soybeans that is naturally rich in plant-based protein, fibre and beneficial nutrients. Fermented foods have long been valued for their ability to support digestive health, making tempeh a wonderful addition to a balanced winter diet.
This Smoky Maple Tempeh Bacon combines sweet, savoury and smoky flavours to create a delicious addition to breakfasts, soups, nourish bowls and winter brunches. It’s simple to prepare, packed with flavour and a nourishing way to enjoy more plant-based protein during the cooler months.
