Marketing Manager Wanted

We are looking for an exceptionally creative and talented ‘work from home’ part time Marketing Manager to work approximately 20-30 hours per week overseeing all of our marketing activities. Pay is between $35k to $75k per year depending on experience and hours worked.

This person will report to the owner / founder and be responsible for:
- Co-ordinating social media presence with other Billabong contributors
- Creating and implementing digital marketing advertising campaigns
- Researching and approaching promotional partners
- Generating booking leads from corporate group clients
- Researching and inviting bloggers, influencers and journalists
- Creating and managing promotional events
- Overseeing content production (videos, images & blogs)
- Manage digital marketing technical suppliers – ie programmers / consultants / SEO experts etc
Requirements
- Sydney based digital marketing genius
- Demonstrable understanding of Facebook and Google ad campaigns
- Knowledge of click funnels and email marketing automation
- Ability to create online forms
- Basic WordPress website management
- Be able to create ‘social proof’ advertising
- Skills to create, do simple edits and publish video content
- Basic photography and image editing skills
- Ability to come up with original and creative marketing ideas & copy
- Excited by health, wellness, yoga, meditation and mindfulness
- Able to visit the retreat in North West Sydney once every 3 to 4 weeks
- Able to meet owner once every 1-2 months in Northern Beaches, Sydney
- Ideally have an ABN
- Be able to provide references
